Well, the people have spoken – and we are now at round 3 of the Disney villains tournament! There were a lot of close match-ups this time around, but there were also some upsets I wasn’t expecting! This isn’t the final 8 that I would have predicted, but it’s still pretty solid. The first one […]
Wine Bar George brunch
When I first heard about the new Wine Bar George brunch, I knew I wanted to try and squeeze it in during a trip! Since it’s only on the weekends, we scheduled it for Saturday morning after the half marathon in January. We had a group of 5 of us going to try it out! […]
March tournament – Disney villains, round 2
The first round of the Disney villains tournament is over! And the first round was the easiest one. I’m not surprised by any of the winners – really what this first round did was just get rid of the “extra” villains. The ones that none of us would really have expected to see in the […]
Onward review + giveaway!
I was fortunate enough to be able to see a preview screening of Pixar’s new film, Onward, on Saturday. It opens this Friday and I highly recommend you go see it if you get the chance! It’s a great Pixar original film. It’s funny, all sorts of nerdy, but also heartfelt and emotional. I was […]
March tournament – Disney villains, round 1

This year […]

Disney backstage collection subscription box #2
You might know that I have a thing for subscription boxes – especially Disney subscription boxes! After all, I love surprises. So getting a box of fun Disney goodies in the mail once a month is right up my alley. Disney offers a few official boxes but most of them have been for children. Recently, however, […]
Thoughts on Brother Bear
This is part of my series “Thoughts on Disney movies,” where I’ve gone back to watch all of the animated Disney features, starting with Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs, and then share my thoughts on the blog. Highlights: I enjoyed the “feel” of Brother Bear, with all of the nature elements and the setting. I also […]
Disney news, rumors, and round up: January 2020
Welcome to 2020! There are lots of exciting Disney things on the horizon. For me personally, I head down to Disney World next week to tackle the Dopey Challenge! Because yes, I’m crazy. I’m hoping to get on Rise of the Resistance again while I’m down there and enjoy more time at Disney Springs. In […]
Upcoming Disney movies of 2020
Who’s ready to go to the movies? Disney has a lot of exciting titles coming out in 2020, and I’m excited to see most of them. In fact, I’d say there’s probably only 2 on this list that I won’t end up seeing in theaters. Onward (March 6th) Definitely looking forward to this one, as […]
