Mac and cheese at Disney World - Disney in your Day

This is a super exciting post for me to share today – not just because I LOVE mac and cheese (which I do).  But because this post actually marks my 1,000th post published on Disney in your Day!  The blog is 4 and a half years old now and in that time I have put […]

What’s better than a Christmas party?  A Disney themed Christmas party!  If you’ve got a group of Disney loving friends, I have some ideas for how to throw a Disney Christmas party that everyone will love.  Just because you can’t make it down to Florida for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party doesn’t mean you can’t […]

Trattoria al Forno breakfast review

Last updated November 29, 2017 by Becky 6 Comments

When Disney announced they would be doing a new character breakfast at Trattoria al Forno, I knew it was something I wanted to do!  Since we were staying at the Boardwalk for our anniversary trip, it seemed like perfect timing to do it then, and we managed to snag a reservation for the Wednesday that […]

Flying Fish Cafe review

Last updated October 16, 2017 by Becky 2 Comments

Jason and I usually try to visit one signature restaurant every trip we take to Disney as a special treat to ourselves.  On this past trip we visited two, but on our actual anniversary we had a reservation at Flying Fish.  We were staying at the Boardwalk resort and love seafood, so it seemed like […]

Top 10 Magic Kingdom snacks

Last updated November 20, 2019 by Becky 12 Comments

I love Disney, and i love food, so it’s no surprise that one of my favorite things to do at Disney World is to eat.  And as much as I love Magic Kingdom park for all of the magic and fantasy that it provides, it doesn’t necessarily always have the strongest food options.  It wouldn’t […]

The best of the 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

Last updated October 5, 2017 by Becky Leave a Comment

If you’ve been following the blog, you know that I visited all 40 booths at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival and had at least one item from each booth.  But if you don’t have a full week to dedicate to Food and Wine, or you’re not interested in gaining 5 pounds despite walking 15,000+ […]

Carnation Cafe review

Last updated October 3, 2017 by Becky 3 Comments

When I took my trip to Disneyland and the D23 Expo this past summer, we booked almost no dining reservations.  For a Walt Disney World veteran who makes reservations 180 days in advance, this felt crazy!  We booked one lunch at Ariel’s Grotto but nothing else.  About a week before we left I panicked I […]

About Me

Hi, I'm Becky!

I'm a huge Disney fan in my early 30's and always trying to find a way to put a little bit of Disney into everyday life. I live in Pennsylvania but travel to the theme parks several times a year - I'm an annual passholder at Disney World! In addition to Disney I love traveling, running, and theater.
