The first round of the Disney villains sidekicks tournament is over! As usual, the first round was the easiest one. There were a number of villain sidekicks that rose up on top of others, and nothing truly surprised me. There was only one match-up that turned out differently than I had predicted. That was Flotsam […]
March 2025 tournament – Disney villain sidekicks
It’s March, which means it’s time for another Disney themed tournament on the blog! This is the 11th year I’m hosting this tournament. We’ve had lots of topics in the past… and honestly, I could start repeating some of them! I think it would be fun to go back to visit something like the tournament […]

Disney in your Day readers have been voting for their favorite Marvel superheroes on both the blog and on instagram throughout the month of March and early April. Now it’s finally time to announce the ultimate winner of our tournament! Our final two were both strong contenders, and it was a close one. We started with 32 […]

It’s officially March, which means it’s time for my annual tournament! Believe it or not, this is the 10th annual (!) Disney in your Day March tournament. We’ve covered lots of Disney topics and properties in the past to see who would come out victorious. We voted for our favorite attraction (Haunted Mansion), favorite food […]

March tournament 2023 – Star Wars characters, final round
It’s the final round of the Star Wars characters tournament – only two remain… While there were a couple of surprises along the way in how the voting went, I think we ended up with 2 solid choices for the best Star Wars character. My personal choice is still in the running (which doesn’t often […]
