Some of my favorite Muppet Vision 3D quotes:

It might be gone, but it will never truly leave us. Muppet Vision 3D will live on in our hearts – as well as in quotes. So many quotable moments were in this show at Hollywood Studios!

While we may not be hearing them in the Muppet Vision theater anymore, I know some of them will probably never leave my personal vocabulary. The Muppets bring a lot of joy and laughter into my life, and I will continue to quote this show even when it is no longer relevant!

There were so many good Muppet Vision 3D quotes, but I narrowed it down here to the ones that I think work best even when isolated from the show. Of course, there are many others that didn’t make this list – please share your favorites in the comments below!

“Stopping in the middle is distinctly unpatriotic.”

This one comes from Sam the Eagle during the pre-show, as he tells us how to enter the theater. It is very annoying when you are going to have a full theater and people don’t go to the end of the row because they want the “best seat.” No one wants to crawl over you. Sam tells it like it is, and calls them out for being unpatriotic.

“What foolishness would you like to see?”

The classic Gonzo response when Sam tells him to “stop this foolishness.”

“Too bad they’re gonna spoil it with a pig.”

Miss Piggy needs her moment in the spotlight! Or many moments, ideally. Stadler and Waldorf are not really a fan though (are they a fan of anything?)

“We invited distinguished scientists from all over the world to come and work here. Unfortunately, none of them showed up.”

If you were expecting distinguished scientists, you’re out of luck. Instead, you get Bunsen and Beaker!

“Did you say cheap 3D tricks?”

This is right in Fozzie’s wheelhouse! The fun part of this section is that when you were seeing it for the first time, you weren’t sure which of these crazy 3D tricks would actually happen. You did get sprayed with water from the flower – is that pie going to hit you in the face, too??

“He’s trying to drown us! What kind of an act is that?”
“An act of mercy!”

Lots of great Stadler and Waldorf quotes here. They do not want to be at the show, but unfortunately for them, they are bolted to the seats.

“This is a very moving moment.”
“Yeah, I wish they’d move it to Pittsburgh!”

If Muppet Vision 3D had to close, I wouldn’t mind if they moved it to Pittsburgh now! It would be about 6 hours away from me…

“It’s a glorious 3-hour finale.”

The only correct response to this is, “You’ve got a minute and a half!”

“It’s called a salute to all nations, but mostly America.”

This is what Sam’s glorious 3-hour finale is all about. It’s funny, and Sam’s whole thing is funny, because it’s ridiculous. Even if nowadays some people might say this sort of thing seriously, we know it’s humorous.

“They’re tourists, what do they know?”

Rizzo the rat calling us out. It makes me a little sad because I can already hear this line playing in my head when everyone is enjoying the new Monsters Inc. land – first time guests will not even know the glory of what once stood there.

“What a cute ending!”

Every bit of Muppet Vision 3D was cute, including the ending.
