All about attending the D23 panel on The Muppets Musical history in 2026: I love learning about anything Disney, and the panels at D23 are a great way to get some lesser known or behind the scenes info. Often directly from the mouths of the people who worked on these projects! One of the panels […]
How to put together a Muppets birthday party
All about how I put together my Muppets birthday party: I am ready for the Muppets to make their big comeback! My hope was that it would be in 2011, when The Muppets with Jason Segal and Amy Adams came out. I absolutely loved that movie, but it didn’t quite take off (though we did […]
And the winner of the 2026 Muppets tournament is…
Disney in your Day readers have been voting on the best Muppets on both the blog and on instagram throughout the month of March and early April. Now it’s finally time to announce the ultimate winner of our tournament! We actually had a final 3 instead of 2, and Miss Piggy and Gonzo tied in the second-to-last […]
March 2026 tournament – Muppets, final round
It’s the final round of the Muppets tournament… Normally I would say “only two remain,” but it turns out I have quite a bit of a conundrum! We were down to our final 4: Kermit vs. Fozzie, and Gonzo vs. Miss Piggy. Kermit beat out Fozzie easily. But Gonzo and Miss Piggy? Well, that one […]
March 2026 tournament – Muppets, round 4
We are now onto round 4, which means we have your final 4 Muppets! Is this tournament too predictable? I’m sure no one would argue that Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie, and Gonzo are the “main” Muppets. They were my top four seeds from the beginning, and we didn’t see any upsets. The Swedish Chef did […]
March 2026 tournament: Muppets, round 3
YOU have spoken – here are the Muppets who have made it to round 3! Some of these match-ups did go the way I expected them to go, but more than half of them were incredibly close. And one or two results surprised me! Even more interestingly, some match-ups went one way on the blog […]
March 2026 tournament: Muppets, round 2
And now, the first round of the Muppets tournament is over! There were a few close match-ups, but for the most part I think I seeded the bracket pretty well and the Muppets I expected to win this round, did. But it only gets harder from here. Already in round 2 we have some tough […]
March 2026 tournament: Muppets
This might actually be the hardest tournament I’ve hosted on the blog. I feel that way about a lot of the options (so many great villains! And how can you choose a favorite Disney song?). But to vote on the best Muppet? This is going to be a real challenge! I’ve been hosting a Disney-themed […]
Jollywood Nights: why I think it’s the best Disney holiday event yet!
All about my experience at Jollywood Nights, Disney’s new holiday after hours event in Hollywood Studios: If Disney had come to me and said, “Becky, we’d like to create a new Holiday event in Hollywood Studios – which things would YOU personally most want to see?” I’m not sure I could have done much better […]
Muppet Vision 3D quotes
Some of my favorite Muppet Vision 3D quotes: It might be gone, but it will never truly leave us. Muppet Vision 3D will live on in our hearts – as well as in quotes. So many quotable moments were in this show at Hollywood Studios! While we may not be hearing them in the Muppet […]
