March 2026 tournament – Muppets, round 4

We are now onto round 4, which means we have your final 4 Muppets!

Is this tournament too predictable? I’m sure no one would argue that Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie, and Gonzo are the “main” Muppets. They were my top four seeds from the beginning, and we didn’t see any upsets.

The Swedish Chef did make a pretty good effort against Fozzie, even winning on the blog voting (but ultimately losing when it came to instagram votes). Pepe performed better than you might expect against Miss Piggy, and Rizzo and Scooter got a few votes each.

I did try to convince a few people that Scooter is the most important Muppet. After all, his uncle owns the theater. And if it wasn’t for him, I don’t think there would be a Muppet Theater or a Muppet Show at all! But at the end of the day, this show is about its stars – and our stage manager couldn’t compete.

So, will it go as I’ve predicted for the next two rounds as well? Or will we get some surprises? I think any of these 4 Muppets are worthy of the title, so let’s see what happens. It’s time to vote in round 4!

Did your favorite make it to the final 4? Who are you rooting for now?
