Just like planning a Disney World vacation can be a bit overwhelming, planning a Disney Cruise line cruise can feel like a lot too – especially if you’ve never cruised! How is it a different type of vacation? What are the food options? Where does the ship stop and what do you do there? And of course – what’s included in your cruise fare and what’s not?
These and many more are all questions that may come up in the cruise planning process, so I’ve written a number of articles about Disney Cruise Line. I thought it might be helpful to put them all together into one blog post so you can easily find and reference what you might need.
A couple of quick tips about Disney Cruise Line planning:
- Consider using a travel agent. I am an agent specializing in Disney and I’m happy to help you! Plus the services of a travel agent are totally free to you – we get paid on commission from Disney. Email me at [email protected] if you’re interested.
- Plan in advance – especially if price is important to you. As the ships fill up the prices will go up accordingly.
- Don’t forget about travel to and from the cruise port, as well as potential hotel stays the night before you leave or after you return.

What Disney Cruise Line resources would you like to see in the future?
My husband and I are always dreaming of going on a cruise (neither of us have gotten that chance yet) and I’m sure a Disney cruise is totally where it’s at. Thanks for sharing this!
I must confess, I’ve never been on a cruise! I definitely want to in my lifetime that’s for sure! This post has plenty of amazing resources!!!
I’ve never been on a cruise! But if/when we do, I definitely think we would consider going on a Disney cruise! I love that they have themed dining and activities. I also like that it seems family friendly.
I am DYING to go on a cruise, specifically a Disney cruise!!!!!
