So I will be the first to admit that I was a little nervous that this movie wasn’t going to be too great. The reviews have been rather lukewarm, and I loved the 2011 Muppets movie so much I didn’t think it could live up (which the Muppets fully admit in their opening song, where […]
Saving Mr. Banks review
When I went in to see Saving Mr. Banks at a pre-screening, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I’d heard that it was a story between the woman who wrote Mary Poppins, P.L. Travers, and Walt Disney. That it was the process of turning her book into a movie. I thought there must be […]
Frozen review

Wild Africa Trek

Book Review: The Revised Vault of Walt
A few months ago I wrote a review of the book The Vault of Walt, by Jim Korkis, over on the Come Home to Disney blog. Since that time I was lucky enough to get a copy of the revised Vault of Walt, and I would love to share that review with you now. For […]
Monsters University
Pixar has been known for making great films. Ask any Disney fan what their favorite Pixar movie is, and chances are good that they’ll have a hard time deciding (I know I do!). But if it really comes down to it and I was forced to choose, I think I might have to say that […]
