The first round of the Disney songs tournament is done!
Most of the match ups had a clear winner, but some of them were pretty close. I know it will only get closer as the tournament gets narrowed down to the big favorites. The closest one in this past round was Cruella DeVil vs. Once upon a Dream. The Sleeping Beauty favorite pulled out ahead, though I will admit I personally prefer Cruella DeVil! Though the victory may be short lived, because I don’t see Once upon a Dream faring very well against Be Our Guest…
I actually lost a lot of personal favorites in this round, which I was not surprised about but still sad to see them go. Two of my absolute favorite soundtracks are The Princess and the Frog and Hercules. I would put those songs at the top of my list for favorites, but it’s hard to fight against some of these great classics! I think the music from the Renaissance age of the early 1990’s is going to do really well.
