Planning a trip to Disney is probably more involved than almost any other vacation out there. When you want to book a Disney vacation, you have a lot to figure out – the best time of year to go, where to stay, how much to budget, when to make fastpasses, which dining reservations to make, etc.
It’s a lot to keep track of, and the best way to make sure you’ve planned the perfect trip is by staying organized. I work with a lot of people who feel overwhelmed by the planning process, so I decided to create a tool to help others (and myself!) organized.
I’m thrilled to share with you the Disney World travel planning guide from Disney in your Day! There is information and advice on things like the best time of year to go, which resort type to choose, which tickets you need, how many fastpasses you can make, and more.
But it’s not just about advice – the Disney World travel planning guide is meant to be a printable, so you can print your own copy and use it like a workbook. There are sections to fill in all of the information you need to keep track of: important dates (like when you can book dining and fastpasses), flight information, a list of the fastpasses you want to make, reservation number, and more. Here’s an example page from the guide. You can see how it has some helpful information as well as a place to write down your own individual information!
I’m really hopeful that this will be of use to other people as a way to keep things organized. Whether it’s your very first trip to Disney World or you’ve been many times before, this is all important information that you want to keep track of. I’ve found a system like this makes things easier for me, so I hope it does the same for you!
Do you have any sort of organization method that you use when planning a trip to Disney World? Do you think the Disney World vacation planning guide would help you?
I definitely think a guide will help! The last time I went to Disney World my parents arranged everything,so I wouldn’t even know where to start. I don’t know when I’ll go again, but I’ll definitely keep your guide in mind!
I hope you get the chance to go again someday! Things change so quickly that I think having a guide will be useful, and I’m going to try and keep it updated as things change 🙂
