Sunday I went for an evening run after rehearsal. The cooler air was really nice, but I was still a bit sore from my 13 mile run on Friday so I could definitely still feel it in my legs. I took it a little slower because of that.
Wednesday was another nighttime run, and it was really a fantastic run. I kept a pace that is more reminiscent of what I was doing a year ago and I felt a lot better about the run then I have recently. Yay!
Early this morning I got up for my 4 mile run. It went pretty well despite the fact that I was still pretty tired. Hopefully I’m ready for this!!
So exciting!! I’m sure you will do great in the race 🙂 I’ve always wanted to run at Disney World.. but 5K is more my style!

Thanks so much! Most of the Disney race weekends have added a 5k option now, so if you are ever in Disney during one of those weekends you should do the 5k!
You inspire me to get moving! Good luck with the marathon. Can’t wait to read about it.
Thanks! Sometimes it’s hard to inspire myself to get moving, haha.
I’m so excited for you! I absolutely love California…I even lived there for a couple years. You’re going to do awesome in the half marathon. I’ll be cheering you on all the way from WI 🙂
Thank you so much – I can’t wait to get to California!!
Ahh! A disney half is on my bucket list. I can’t wait to read all about your experience. I also can’t wait to see all the photos you’ll get with princesses =) Have a wonderful time.
I’ll definitely be sharing lots of photos – maybe even some on instagram or facebook during the race!
