One of the items on my Disney Bucket List was to have an in-park photo shoot. You can’t do them at Disney World unless you go directly through Disney photography – and not only is that a ton of money, you don’t get to choose your photographer! So we decided to do an anniversary photo shoot at Disneyland, where they do let you take photos. The amazing David and Vicki Arndt, who had done our previous photo shoot at Art of Animation (and some fun post-race photos!), happened to be visiting the same weekend as us so it was a no brainer to do it!
We took pictures in both of the parks. We spent the majority of time in Disneyland but also headed over to California Adventure for a bit. We got our sneak peeks yesterday so while we haven’t seen all of the photos, I am so thrilled with the ones we have right now!
Which location in Disneyland do you think is the best for photos?
And make sure you check out the rest of my Disney bucket list here:
How cute! I really like the trolly picture!
Thank you! The trolley was passing by at just the right time!
OMG these are beyond adorable. The Trolley one, but also the one where you’re both leaning away and looking at each other, sooo cute.
what a wonderful idea 🙂
Thanks so much, we had a lot of fun 🙂
Happy Anniversary!
Thank you!
These came out so cute! I didn’t know you could do this at DL & CA. What a great idea! Now I’m thinking of family pictures… Oh the possibilities!!! Thank you for sharing!
Oh yes, you could definitely get some great family pictures there too! They would be awesome!
These are the cutest pictures! I love them. Especially the one with the Queen!
We were lucky that she just happened to be standing there and there was almost no one else around!
Very nice pictures!
Thank you!
Cute pictures! This is such a fun idea – my hubby would love it!
Thanks Brittany! Having a hubby who is into the picture taking always makes it a great experience!
I love this!! You guys look adorable and this is such a great idea! Love all your photos! I want to do this now. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks – you should definitely do it!
This is the cutest!
Thanks Emma! 🙂
Oh these are just perfection!!!!!
Thank you Mandi!
Oh my gosh! These are fabulous!!!! I can’t even pick a favorite cause they’re all so cute .I love the happily ever after, the jumping one, and in front of the castle .
Thanks Shann 🙂 I can’t pick a favorite either – and we haven’t even gotten the pics that we took in the Beauty and the Beast library yet!
Great pics! Once again.
Thanks!
This is the cutest thing ever! And with the Diamond Celebration, it couldn’t be a more perfect time for anniversary pics!
Thanks – we were lucky with that! The castle was extra fancy looking for the Diamond Celebration 🙂
Beautiful pictures!!! I’ll be going to Disneyland (Orlando) with the hubby in October and this is a dream come true for him! 🙂
Oh that’s so exciting! If you have any questions or need help with anything Disney definitely let me know!
Happy Anniversary! These are adorable. I live right down the street and too bad my boyfriend doesn’t like disney (insert sad face). But I would love this!
Oh nooo that’s such a bummer that your boyfriend doesn’t like Disney! My husband originally just tolerated it, but since we’ve been married Disney has really grown on him 😉
This is so fun! Also, so perfect for someone who loves Disney as much as you!! I’ve never seen people taking anniversary pictures there!
Thanks, we had so much fun! I’m guessing most people do photos when we did, right when the park opens and try to find emptier spots that people aren’t using.
The happily ever after pic. I want one just like that. I’ve never been to Disney land. I’m going to Disney world in Feb and now Disney land is on my list
When I saw that Happily Ever After sign I knew we definitely need a picture there 🙂 That’s exciting that you have your first Disney World trip coming up! If you have any questions about anything definitely let me know, I’m happy to help!
Oh how fun! I love Disney and this would be a blast.
It was definitely a lot of fun, Lisa!
How perfect is this!! How many years? The husband and I take anniversary photos every year, but never in a particularly special location.
4 years 🙂 We usually travel somewhere for our anniversary so we try to get pictures there (not always whole photo shoots like this though!). We did big 2nd anniversary pics at Disney World because I really didn’t like my wedding photos, but I’m happy I have these now 🙂
You got rally lovely pictures Becky, and Happy Anniversary!
