This box was provided for me for free in exchange for a review. All opinions are entirely my own.
It’s no secret, I love Disney food and Disney snacks. Planning my meals and snacks is one of my favorite parts of planning a Disney trip and what I look forward to a lot. So when I have the opportunity to receive some Disney goodies in the mail that is a good day indeed!
Boxney currently offers Goodie Boxes full of Disney treats straight from the theme parks. I received the Goodie Box (Original) which costs $60/month. You can get it as a monthly delivery or a one time purchase. There’s also a smaller size and a larger size depending on what you’re looking for. Eventually they will be offering subscription boxes with more than just treats, but for now that is what they are focusing on. In the cooler months you can expect to also get chocolate stuff, but for now they are sticking to “safely-shipped” items.
I was pretty delighted when I opened my box and saw what was inside! Lots of favorite Disney treats and a few new things I hadn’t tried before. This first item was new to me and combined two of the best Disney treats: popcorn and churros!
Up next was a candy apple. I love candy apples, caramel apples, whatever. I always admire them when I see them in Disney but rarely stop to get one. I was impressed that it held up in the mail and I immediately put it in my fridge to keep it that way!
I may or may not be snacking on this rice krispie treat as I write this review. Mickey head rice krispie treats are a classic Disney snack, and this is my absolute favorite kind – with chocolate on the ears and some sprinkles!
Goofy’s Candy Co. is another brand that is well known to Disney World visitors! They sell lots of prepackaged candies. I received two family size bags, one of sour balls and one of red licorice. Both of these will be used to give me a little afternoon sugar boost when necessary 😉
I haven’t tried these Minnie Bake Shop cookies before but I’m excited to dig in to them. I like that they come in a small little box so you can use them as a quick “grab-and-go” type snack.
Finally to round out the box there were three lollipops – two red Mickey heads and one spiral lollipop. I love a lollipop as a good way to get a little snack in without overindulging. I’ve already enjoyed one of the red Mickeys and it was quite good!
Boxney is a great way to get Disney goodies right to your doorstep even when you can’t be at the theme parks. It’s also nice that you have control over your own account with Boxney – you can pause your subscription, skip a month, add gift options, etc. Right now this Disney subscription box features snacks, but I’m excited to see what else they will have coming in the future!
What’s Disney treat would you most like to see in a subscription box sent to your house?
That would be so fun to get in the mail!
It definitely is a lot of fun to receive!
What a fun box! I love the treats at Disney!
Me too, they are all so delicious!
Oooo I like this! I always want to get the candy apples too but never do!
I know what you mean, it’s one of those things I never get around to!
Throughout the year we ship delicious case items and fresh candy apples, such as the caramel one and Disney character apples.
Those caramel apples are the stuff of my dreams!
Okay, the new flavored popcorns are the best! I have been getting a different flavor each time I go to Disneyland and they are all so yummy!
I love seeing all the new flavors! What has been your favorite so far?
Love the new flavors, especially the new Churro blend, but we love the classic Cheddar Cheese bags the most. We love cheesy orange fingers!
Oooh yum! Looks like a great way to enjoy a little piece of Disney right at home.
Yes, it is really excellent for that!
