Territory Lounge at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

Last updated September 25, 2026 by Becky Leave a Comment

All about the food and drinks at Disney’s Territory Lounge:

Territory Lounge - Disney in your Day

There are lots of great dining options at Wilderness Lodge. You can go for the character dinner at Artist Point, or have a wild time at Whispering Canyon Cafe. You can also easily take the boat over to Fort Wilderness to catch the Hoop-dee-Doo!

If you’re looking for something a little more low-key, Wilderness Lodge has two great quick service options. In addition to that, though, they also have a lounge called Territory Lounge. This is a great little place with some really good food and drink options. (It turns out if you’re also looking for “the game,” you can probably watch that too).

I’ve spent some time at Territory Lounge on a few different occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I would certainly try to stop back here if I was staying at Wilderness Lodge again!

The atmosphere

Like the rest of Wilderness Lodge, Territory Lounge has a very rustic feel to it. Lots of dark wood and leather, and even some carvings of bears up on the bar. Decor includes items reminiscent of the National Parks and the west.

A lot of the themeing here is based on the spirit of exploration. You’ll find a Lewis & Clark expedition map on the ceiling. There are also a number of display cases on the wall. While many of these are replicas, there are a few actual artifacts in the lounge. On of these is the American flag, which has 34 stars on it. It’s actually from 1861 and was donated to Wilderness Lodge. The other flag in the room, the flag of Wyoming, is also authentic. It was donated by the state of Wyoming and was handmade.

Territory Lounge menu

While the drink menu here has stayed fairly consistent, the food does seem to change seasonally. Some of the items I had might not be available on your visit, but they may also be there in the future!

In general, you can find a few different sections of the menu at Territory Lounge:

  • Shareable Bites
  • Featured Cocktails
  • Beer, Hard Cider, and Seltzers
  • Wine
  • Bourbons

Visit Disney’s website to keep up with all the specific current options on the Territory Lounge menu.

Territory Lounge drinks

As a lounge, the menu is more focused on the drinks than the food. There are a lot of interesting specialty cocktails here, and it turns out I’ve tried them all! Or at least someone I was with got them, so I was able to have a few sips. Territory Lounge has a particular emphasis on bourbon, and that feels fitting for this rustic location. Here’s a look at some of the drinks we’ve tried!

S’more Old Fashioned (Elijah Craig 12 yr Kentucky Straight Bourbon | Toasted Marshmallow | Chocolate Bitters):

S'more Old Fashioned

I had attempted to order this the first time I visited Territory Lounge, but they were out of the toasted marshmallow syrup. Can’t really have a s’more without that! Luckily, during my second visit, all of the ingredients were available. If you’re concerned about this being sweet, don’t be – it really tasted like a traditional old fashioned with just a hint of chocolate and marshmallow. The chocolate was slightly more detectable than the marshmallow, in my opinion.

L&C G&T (Fords Gin | St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur | Elderflower Tonic):

L&C G&T

Two of my friends both ordered this one, and they seemed to enjoy it! It’s a pretty traditional gin and tonic, with a little extra flavor added with the elderflower. Although not listed on the menu it does also have cucumber in it, which lends a bit of extra flavor as well.

Timeless Elias (The Macallan 12 yr Whisky | Courvoisier VSOP Cognac | House-made Vanilla Syrup):

Timeless Elias

It might not be obvious from the description, but this drink is smoked. It makes for a great presentation, but definitely important to know as smokiness is the predominant flavor. It’s strong but good, with a very subtle vanilla flavor.

Orchard’s Bounty (Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom Vodka | Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambéry | Aperol Liqueur | House-made Pinot Gris Syrup):

Orchard's Bounty

The first time I was here Jenn ordered this, and second time Jason got it. According to her review, Jenn thought it was pretty good, but fruitier than expected. Jason, however, was really impressed. After having a few sips of his, I have to say I agree. It was certainly the most unique drink that we had here, and I really enjoyed the orange and peach flavors.

National 95 (Whistle Pig 10 year Straight Rye Whiskey | Argyle Sparkling Brut | Simple Syrup):

National 95

This was pretty good, but straightforward. It’s really what it sounds like, which is sparkling wine and whiskey mixed together, and a small bit of sweetener. If you want something more unique you might want to look elsewhere, but if you’d like some bubbly it’s a nice option!

Orange-spiced Sangria (Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon | Cointreau Liqueur | Apple Cider | House-made Spiced Orange Syrup):

Orange Spiced Sangria

This was a nice sangria, though I do wish there was a bit more orange flavor to it. I love orange, though! It was nice and refreshing. It would be neat to try that orange syrup in another drink.

The Northwoods (Bulleit Rye Whiskey | Citrus Juices | House-made Rosemary Syrup):

Northwoods

I thought this was pretty tasty, and I’d definitely consider getting it again. The rosemary wasn’t too overpowering, and the combination of the whiskey and the citrus juices meant it was a strong drink without tasting too strong!

My dad also went off-menu at one point, and asked for a regular old fashioned, but with the vanilla syrup (from the Timeless Elias) added:

I liked that they were willing to do that, and it was a nice way to switch it up a little bit and get a subtle vanilla flavor to an old fashioned. He loves old fashioned but didn’t want the s’mores, so this was a nice compromise!

There is a decent bourbon menu at Territory Lounge, and one of my friends decided to get a bourbon flight:

Territory Lounge - Disney in your Day

You can choose any three bourbons from their menu, and you get a 3/4 oz pour of each. Because we didn’t know a ton about bourbon, my friend asked for a variety up to the server’s recommendation. I can’t recall precisely which ones we had, but they were definitely different, with one of them being much more smoky, and one more on the sweet side.

Territory Lounge also has plenty of wine and beer options. My dad got a Moosehead, which I begrudgingly allowed (it’s boring and doesn’t make for great blog content!). However, when I realized he was in fact drinking a Moosehead under a painting of a moose, that made for a much better picture!

Food at Territory Lounge

Artisanal cheese and charcuterie (Handcrafted Bread | Accompaniments):

Territory Lounge - Disney in your Day

I would say this was a pretty standard cheese and charcuterie plate, but that’s not a bad thing! You get a lot, so it’s a great sharing item even among 4 people. There were 4 different cheeses and 4 different meats. They gave us quite a lot of blue cheese, which Jason and I enjoy (but my parents do not). The plate had a number of good accompaniments too, including gerkins, grapes, marinated cauliflower, and honey.

Territory Popcorn Sampler (Spicy | Caramel | Sea Salt | Truffle | Barbecue-flavored):

Territory Lounge - Disney in your Day

When I first saw that there was a popcorn sampler on the menu, I knew I wanted to try it. I am a sucker for popcorn, and the sampler seemed like a lot of fun. Luckily, I was able to convince my friends! The flavors were really good and you got a nice amount to share. My favorites were the sea salt and truffle, though the spicy popcorn did have a nice little kick to it. Not too overpowering though.

Loaded Potato Flatbread (Bacon | Mashed Potatoes | Red Onion | Cheddar | Crème Fraîche | Chives)

Territory Lounge - Disney in your Day

We did order this without the red onions, as neither Jason nor I are big fans of raw onion. They were able to accommodate that, and the flatbread was delicious without it! It was honestly even better than I expected it to be. The creme fraiche was really excellent and added a lot to it.

Crab Dip (served with House-made Chips):

Territory Lounge - Disney in your Day

We ordered this when I was there with my parents, and neither of them are huge fans of crab. That meant Jason and I got to eat the majority of this dish. I’m glad that was the case, because it was really good. There was a ton of actual crab meat inside the dish, which was surprising. They definitely didn’t skimp here. I was a little surprised that the chips it came with were potato chips. They were delicious, but with the dip I feel like more of a pita chip or tortilla chip would be good.

Overall thoughts on Territory Lounge

I very much enjoy Territory Lounge, and would happily stop here again if I was staying at Wilderness Lodge. It would also be a nice choice if you were resort hopping or had a down day, and wanted to explore some new places. The rustic themeing is nice, and after doing the art & architecture tour and learning more about it, I appreciate it even more.

The drinks are tasty and they have a nice variety of options. All of the food I’ve had here has been good too! We had great service both times we visited as well. It was much more crowded the more recent time I visited (I believe because there was a big sports game on). But both times it wasn’t too difficult to walk up and find a table. There is something nice and cozy about it, and I enjoyed this option for an early night back from the theme parks to unwind a little at the resort.
