I know a lot of my readers love hearing about these Disney subscription boxes – which is why I’m very excited to have another option to share with you! The Etsy shop Creations by Kasie now has a Disney subscription box with various options, which are great for people of all tastes and budgets.
To start with, she has three different size boxes for different budgets. The Pixie Dust box for $30, Little Bit of Magic for $45, and Wishes do come True for $60. Every box is guaranteed to have at least 1 large or 2 small official Disney park items in addition to other fun Disney surprises. So if you can’t get down to the parks for awhile this is a great way to get a taste of Disney in your home!
One other thing that I really enjoy about this subscription box in particular is that it’s clear Kasie is really working hard to curate the boxes and customize them for each person. You can not only specify the age of the person getting the box, but other pertinent information such as gender, clothing size, etc. And if there’s a specific character or movie you want a box themed to she’ll do that as well. I think that’s just so cool. The box I received was all Minnie Mouse stuff and I loved it! It’s clear the boxes are really well thought out and I think that’s great.
When I received the box it was a big one, and my goodies were wrapped up really nicely in some fancy gold tissue paper and ribbon. As you might have seen from one of my posts last week, I’ve been having a really rough time recently just feeling positive, so seeing this gorgeous package at my door instantly lifted my spirits! I received the Little Bit of Magic box, which is sold for $45.
I’m going to start with my favorite item in the box – this adorable tsum tsum Minnie mouse mug! You might know that I’m a sucker for fun Disney mugs. I’m starting to grow a collection and I’m super excited to add this one too it! Plus I’m a big tsum tsum fan – I have way too many of them but they are just too cute, and so is this mug.
Also in the box was a printable with the quote “I only hope we don’t lost sight of one thing – that it was all started by a mouse” from Walt Disney. The printable is really cute, and I absolutely love that quote. Plus, it came already framed! I have some other things around the house I want to put up but I’ve been lazy about getting frames. This one is ready to go which means I can put it right up on the wall now!
Another really cool item was this iPhone 6 case. It’s a leather case with a wallet. It’s gorgeous in person and I love how it feels very “trendy Minnie” – not over the top but more subtle – and with that adorable red bow! Unfortunately I don’t have an iPhone which makes me rather sad that I can’t use this. But I’m definitely hoping to find a friend that I can gift it to who might appreciate it.
Next there was a Minnie Mouse antenna topper. These are such a classic Disney souvenir and I will admit that I don’t think I have any antenna toppers from them! So this one will be cute to put somewhere (my car doesn’t have an antenna but I’m sure I can find other uses for it!).
Finally there was a sheet of Mickey stickers in the box. I will definitely get some use out of these since I do a lot of scrapbooking.
Overall I was really impressed with both the quality of what was in the box and the thought that went into putting together the box around a theme and my age. I didn’t get little toys and stuff for kids which is great because I wouldn’t use that. And there were a number of “bigger” items in the box that I really felt made it a good value.
You can get a one time Disney subscription box from Kasie for yourself as a special treat or to send as a gift. Or if you really like the idea of getting some Disney magic in the mail every month she offers 3 month and 6 month subscriptions as well! Plus if you do a 3 month or 6 month subscription the price is discounted, making it an even better deal.
In addition, Kasie is also now selling an e-book over at her shop called Disney World on a Budget – so make sure you check that out too!
I was sent this box in exchange for a review. All opinions are honest and 100% my own. Affiliate links may be included in this post.
