Here’s a look at the menu:
We had the scallop with ham and red sangria. The scallop was probably one of the best things we ate all day. It’s pricier but worth it. And I was hesitant about the sangria because I thought at a theme park it might not be very strong, but it was both strong and delicious – one of the better sangrias that I’ve had.
Chorizo Empanada – Spicy pork sausage pastry pocket with cilantro lime cream $4.00
Gazpacho con Ceviche – Chilled tomato cucumber soup with citrus-marinated shrimp and scallop salad $5.00
Tapas – Paprika roasted marcona almonds, marinated olive medley, manchego cheese with Membrillo-quince paste $5.00
Venera con Jamon – Scallop wrapped in cured ham with saffron rice and romesco sauce $7.00
Hazelnut Torte Cake – Rich chocolate cake topped with chocolate ganache and caramelized hazelnuts $4.00
