This is part of the 2015 Busch Gardens Williamsburg Food and Wine Festival.
This booth is located in New France, right after leaving France.
Here’s the menu:
At this booth we tried The Cheddar and Lager Chowder, Mac and Cheese, and Red Bordeaux wine. The chowder was very good, but thick and filling. It had a paprika oil on top that added a nice variety to the flavor. The mac and cheese was so delicious, one of the best things I had at the festival. And the wine was a nice red, rather dry but full bodied.
